Surat to Bhavnagar : Time Schedule is not updated in app.. Bus has changed its routine time schedule but not updated in Android app ! Passenger will eventually reach pick up point early (around 1 hour) because of this issue...

Add facility to add offline bookings through pnr number that is already shared with us via sms. It should actually be automatically added if number given in app as well during offline booking matches...

I m regularly traveling with R.K TRAVELS NICE INITIATIVE TO DEVELOP APP FOR BOOKINGS .... You can add more options for payment cash mode VERY NICE BUS AND POLITE DRIVERS AND STAFF Still there is no other bus to provide such a service you are giving .....
