App loading for infinity time and not opening.

Authenticator Two Factor setup is a mess, and you seem to get kicked out often on Android. Also some reporting features are simply not well made for an agency, but their customer support better than average. Now also our invoicing numbers are a complete mess. Not worth working with this software.

Really good app with a robust feature set that accurately replicates the desktop experience. It's easy to navigate and make changes. I like the reporting capabilities though they're not mobile optimized. In general a really well designed app that has addressed many of the concerns brought up by previous comments.
