Could be better.. They need to fix the application and their website. What's the point of having a membership? I have enough subscriber credits that I barely get to use since there's always something being "fixed" on their end. CMX is a great and comfortable movie theater with a tasty menu. Yet, it's annoying dealing with their app and customer service is non-existent which isn't helpful.

TERRIBLE!! JUST GIVE US A LIST of the movies showing that day & the ability to easily change the date (if u want show times next week, it takes 10min to go through each movie & change date, & check times playing!) & The "movie posters" always move! (usually just before you push them) & you end up seeing movie times for a different movie, then you thought .... I accidentally bought tickets to the wrong movie TWICE ! JUST GIVE US A LIST & ADJUSTABLE DATE BOX & SHOW TIMES OF ALL MOVIES !!

This used to be a great app until they started working on the rewards and passport features over two months ago. Have had passport for a while but different times lately have been unable to use the tickets I purchased since the feature is down on the app. They tried to charge me for my membership this month and unfortunately the card is no longer valid they have on file. I can't change the card on file since again that feature isn't available so they canceled my membership and I lost my credits.
