About this app

The InfoZgrada application enables easy and efficient communication between housing community managers, tenants and technical maintenance services. Any malfunction, objection, proposal, notification or assembly of the housing community can be entered and registered in the system and forwarded to those for whom they are intended, which increases the speed and efficiency of solving problems in the functioning of the housing community. The application is tailored to the needs of users by providing different levels of access and different functionalities according to the type of user, as follows:

Organizers of professional management: records of housing communities, records of professional managers, supervision of communication between professional managers, tenants and technical services.

Housing community manager: interaction with tenants and technical services, creating breakdowns, notifications and surveys, scheduling and recording the tenants' assembly.

Tenant: fault report, posting notices and surveys, direct communication with the manager and neighbors, insight into the financial condition of the housing community.

Technical services: communication with managers and tenants, recording and keeping a archive of breakdowns, setting up multimedia records.
