Very slow takes ages to go to next step. could not complete appointment process. On physical presence they ask you to go through online appointment process. People not having skill for use of computer / Mobile app are stuck.

I went to clifton driving licence office after taking appointment on this app. They refused to accept the appointment and give me web address to take the appointment. I requested them it's a same thing I took appointment on App but they didn't accept they want me to take appointment through web site not on app and then visit next day. Then what's the use of this application. WE CANT CHANGE THEM they ruined my day.

Cnic/license No/Tracking number inputs fields don't work at all. The developers have done a terrible job and they should be given anymore work if they can't even do a simple entry input field correct.
