This used to be an excellent app but this year I am encountering nothing but problems. When opening the app, the splash screen opens and the app closes. It is then necessary to uninstall and reinstall, which may work for a week or so before having to do the same again. The app shows stores as closed even when they are open. Basically, app is now totally unreliable and not fit for purpose.

our store is always shown als closed even though it's open, so we don't get any thing from the coupons even though they're activated. 93800 - Epinay L'îlot. I already tried multiple times to reinstall the app, clean the cache, log in and log out, it doesn't change anything.

They are advertising this app on the slovenian market yet the entire app is in French without even an option to turn it to slovenian or hell English. What the hell is this! OK but you have to consider most people will have their phones in English no matter what language they want the app In.

What’s new

New update! You can now choose your language when you first open the app or in "My settings". To support you everywhere, our app is going global as My E.Leclerc (set to English by default). We’ve also updated the "My benefits" and "Market" sections. Plus, you can now find all our stores directly on Google Maps from within the app. We hope you enjoy these improvements.
