Processing QR invoices

You simply scan the QR code on the payment part of your QR invoice. With one click, all relevant payment information from the QR code is transferred to your Infoniqa software. This allows you to enter your payments quickly and without errors.
You work with several different clients in your Infoniqa software? No problem. You can easily choose at any time to which client the data should be transmitted.
After you have logged in once with your usual Infoniqa login, you can already start scanning.
The scanning of QR invoices is compatible with the following Infoniqa software:
- Infoniqa ONE 50 ab Version V2022 AU4
- Infoniqa ONE Start ab Version 2022.00
- Infoniqa ONE 200 ab Version 2021 SP6
- Infoniqa ONE 200 ab Version 2022 SP2
Expenses process

You scan an expense receipt, enter the relevant information and release the receipt for approval. Receipts can be scanned directly on site or selected from the album.
The expense app is multitenancy. You can easily choose at any time to which client the expense receipts are to be sent.
After you have logged in once with your usual Infoniqa login, you can already start scanning.
The mobile expense recording is compatible with the following Infoniqa software:
