When opening the app it says that my device has security risks and exits even though I checked and there were no risks found on my device . I have to upload my documents and now I am stressed what should I do?

world's most irritated app for sure. To open this app, it will take more than 20 minutes and infosys doesn't care about it. Also their recruitment team for new joiners, the onboarding process chain is broken.. please look into it. when a fresher is joining your company, please help them personally through the telephonic calls if any pending is there. complete ignorance is not good at all. everyone knows Infosys that doesn't mean that you will neglect your selected candidates. shame shame

Cannot login. Whenever I input my credentials, the page will load, then there will be a red banner at the bottom that says "Your account has been expired." I tried to reset my password. And when I tried to login, it has the same error. I tried on browser as well, still has the same error.
