Sangat kecewa. I was excited to buy 2 pairs of shoes with good discounts and paid them using my credit card. However, after 3 days of no changes in the "process" status, I finally contacted the support and was told that my order was cancelled. Kalo emang produknya ga ada stok, remove it from the store! Udah gitu, refund dana ke cc juga lama. Ditunggu 7 hari ga ada perubahan, pas dikontak support, ternyata baru diurus dan harus nunggu lagi. Mending beli langsung ke toko deh. Not recommended!

Stop showing out-of-stock items on search results! It's heartbreaking. Update: By the look of your reply, I can see that you've NEVER run any QA tests on the app. I'm not the only one complaining about your search feature. Fix your filter! Mark the sold-out items as SOLD OUT, stop showing them on seach results.
