The app stopped accessing my messages, which was rather frustrating since I need to be able to access those on time. The initial response email I received from Customer Service when I asked for help was friendly enough and asked for more information, but then there was no human follow-up or fix. I received two auto-emails, instead: one asking if I had comments to add to my file (I didn't because nothing had changed and I was waiting for assistance) and another asking if I was satisfied with the customer service experience (a simple "yes or no" button interface), to which I responded "no." There was still no follow-up. Ultimately, I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it -- and it appears to be working again for now. When it works, it meets my needs admirably. But considering the frequency with which this app updates and the need I have to depend on it to function properly after updates occur, I'm less than pleased with issues and CS response. If I were on the free plan, I might be less grumpy about the quirkiness, but as a paid subscriber, I expect relatively smooth functioning and stronger responsiveness when that functioning isn't so smooth.
Stopped working I used to love this app but now it won't load any of my call information and I'm missing calls, really not good for my business.

Set up Set up is not user friendly nor clear. App needs alot of work to sync with the android systems. Hopefully it may work soon or better interface. If not canceling would the solution.
Won't stop asking me o rate I'm asked to rate the app after every activity regardless of how I answer. So here you go.
