Although the app allows for regular banking needs, it gets only a single star, because the most basic of functions don't work. I prefer English as the language and every single time I close and reopen the app, it defaults back to French. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and this issue persists. My second gripe with the app is the inability to pay using the app at stores. Security etc. aside, the utility of the app is very limited.

Hi, Thanks or your review. Yes, the language switch can be a bit unstable at times. What might work is to completely log-out of the app. Connect to My ING via your PC and change the language in the web version of My ING. Kind regards your ING Team.
Extremely basic functionality, and you need to contact internal teams for anything except transfers. Unresponsive staff. Be prepared to suffer if you need a human to respond to your messages through the app.

Really ancient app without essential features. It cannot be used for mobile payment, neither debit nor credit card are compatible with Google Pay or Apple Pay, so NO option to pay by phone. Language selection is defaulting to French after each logout. Face unlock doesn't work at all and there are no banking analytics. Please bring this app/bank into XXI century.
