Taking all the features of your secure e-banking “My ING” account, this application allows you to easily perform all your banking transactions via your phone or tablet. The application is available in 4 languages; French, English, German and Dutch.

I eventually managed to get the push notifications by going to to place of my phone I have never been before... The app works well but still have some bugs like language change back to French for example. I don't like the way how push notifications are displayed...you don't see the amount but a standard text only...this should be kept simple like "10.00€ paid to xxx". Similar issue is within the app. Also for some reason the bank doesn't recognize when you pay or withdraw money...

The app have some issues which are continuously coming back with every odd update: 1. No push notifications 2. Language changed to EN coming back to FR 3. No option to remove all allerts 4. Sending message to the bank is subject to anoing security gates...everytine...password and luxtrust... Even you are logged in to the account...can't find a good reason for it 5 years with the bank...same issues with the app...

Although the app allows for regular banking needs, it gets only a single star, because the most basic of functions don't work. I prefer English as the language and every single time I close and reopen the app, it defaults back to French. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and this issue persists. My second gripe with the app is the inability to pay using the app at stores. Security etc. aside, the utility of the app is very limited.

Hi, Thanks or your review. Yes, the language switch can be a bit unstable at times. What might work is to completely log-out of the app. Connect to My ING via your PC and change the language in the web version of My ING. Kind regards your ING Team.

- Added the possibility of temporarily blocking a VISA card
- Creation of an intermediate RIB presentation page before downloading

- Fixed behavior preventing push notifications from being triggered on certain devices
