Terrible. Becoming a new customer is not working, because they want you to log in immediately. Tried getting a pin from thin air, using my TC id number for which they want your phone number. tried entering my phone number, but the last digit does not fit in that field. Why even limit the length of phone numbers to 10 numbers??? It feels like when it comes to the turkish market, software is written terribly and system design is not existent. No way to register here now.

Why is it there a big difference in the gold price you display on your app on the page before you login, and the price of gold when you want to buy it in the app? ING selling price shown is not even close to what your real selling price is. Seems a bit shady. 🤨😒

terrible experience, with many inconveniences. for example, you can not do tax payment via web it redirects you to mobile, but there is no tax section in mobile. this is just one example...
