It's the absolute worst! I was literally looking at my phone and without any notice it just switched from Taking Chats to Offline. The customer who didn't connect said she wasn't notified! I have only been notified of a chat coming in where it rang. When I'm looking at my phone I can see the number of seconds left for me to answer, but absolutely no sound!!! If I hadn't been looking directly at my phone, I never would have known a chat was coming in. It's really affecting my livelihood.

Every time I go online, it doesn't show I am online to chat or take phone calls. My chat lines have been cricuts for weeks. Also, when checking my profile on the app, it keeps trying to load. When I go back to the availability, it bumps me offline. It's frustrating because this is how I make money to live on. Please fix the bugs! I've reinstalled it about 5 times and restarted my phone as well. Nothing is working.

Was great and I was getting audible chat requests. Next thing I know I'm missing chats because I'm not notified. This started Aug 31, 2021. I've missed two more since then. Logged out and back in. Right away I got a chat notification in the notification tray on my phone but no audible alert. I've got all my notifications on and volume is loud. No reason for for app to stop doing that all of a sudden. Not good. Costing me new customers when I'm trying to build my new business.
