Your order will be selected by Ingles Employees who are trained and committed to giving you the best produce, meat, deli and other grocery items. Your professional shopper will contact you with any questions about your order or instructions or if an item is not available.

Ratings and reviews

Once again, Ingles hasn't hit the mark keeping up with the times. This was my first curbside order. Some search words didn't take (they work for other grocery stores). With about 10% of the items, I clicked on, it either says an error, or the system can't find the item (although I clicked on the item such as in the weekly ad). Also, need PayPal or other digital means of payment. And with "Review of the Order", needs to review the date and time selected for the order, not just items bought.

Doesn't include all Ingles markets in my area. Search function is buggy. I would search for item, it would give a list with pictures but when I click on one product it would then give me a list of suggestions. Uninstalled since I don't have the time or even want to use a product that is defective. Recommendation for Ingles IT, - take a look at Walmart or Sam's Club app.

I love the convenience of curbside pickup because Ingles is one of my favorite grocery stores. I gave 2 stars because it's hard searching for items. I think as time goes on it will get easier to search for items.
