I love this store chain, but it's amazing to me that their website and app operate as if it came from 1999. As a systems analyst, this company needs to get caught up in their systems and online services. It could cost them their business if they don't, and I myself have chosen to shop elsewhere many times just solely on the reason that there's very limited online options, making shopping less convenient when compared to other grocers. y'all are losing $$$.

Love the pick up service due to it's easy online ordering and the service is phenomenal. Never any errors in my orders and very efficient when you come to pick up your order. If your order is $35 or more they waive the $4.95 fee. If they did not waive the fee, I doubt if I would use the service. However, I always give a tip, but that goes to the individual not the store. Great service!!

I shop at Ingles every week. I'm a heart patient and have used this app a few times. I always get what I order. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. This app is TERRIBLE! It's by far the WORST ordering app I have ever used! I truely dread using it. It is a last resort if I don't feel like going in to shop. Some commonly used products simply can't be found. The search bar is basically useless. Try searching for strawberries. I was never able to find them! Time Waister!
