About this game

Ink Current is a paper-and-pigment puzzle built around a small falling-particle simulation. Fifty sheets place an ink nozzle and a collecting cup at different positions. Before opening the bottle, draw barriers that redirect the stream toward the cup.

The board is a visible grid on illustrated paper. Tap an editable cell to add a dark barrier, then tap it again to erase it. The maximum is twenty-two barrier cells. The top and bottom parts of the sheet remain reserved for the source and collection area, so the drawing surface has clear limits.

Ink moves downward in discrete steps. When the cell directly below is blocked, a drop checks an available diagonal opening. Occupied cells matter as well as drawn barriers, and several drops can be on the sheet at once. Your layout influences the route taken by the whole stream, not just one isolated piece.

The bottle releases thirty drops. Collect at least twenty-four to finish the sheet. Drops reaching the bottom away from the cup are counted as spilled. A blocked stream has a finite simulation limit, so a trapped layout eventually finishes instead of running forever.

Guide reveals a possible stencil as small marks on the grid. It does not place walls for you or complete the level automatically. You can use it to understand a redirecting pattern, hide it again and draw your own layout. Pour locks editing until the attempt ends; restart gives you clean paper and the same source-and-cup arrangement.

CONTROLS AND RULES
Tap paper cells to draw or erase barriers before pouring. You can place at most 22 barriers. Ink falls down one cell at a time; when blocked, it tries an open diagonal. Guide at least 24 of 30 drops into the cup. Guide shows a possible barrier stencil, but you must place those cells yourself. Pour locks editing. Restart returns to a clean sheet.

FIFTY LOCAL CHALLENGES
Play opens the collection, with completed challenges marked and the next one unlocked after success. Continue restarts the most recently selected challenge from its beginning. Completed progress is saved on this device, and unlocked challenges can be replayed. Restart begins the current challenge again without erasing earlier completions. The collection provides a clear route through all fifty included assignments.

The main menu contains Play, Settings, How to Play and Exit. Settings control button sounds, touch feedback and screen transitions. Essential simulation and gameplay motion remain active when transitions are disabled. The help screen explains the rules inside the app. The interface and instructions are in English.

OFFLINE, SINGLE-PLAYER PLAY
All challenges are included in the installation and work without an internet connection. There are no advertisements, in-app purchases, account screens or online leaderboards. No sign-in is needed. Progress and settings are local to the current installation; there is no cloud synchronization or transfer service. Uninstalling the app removes those locally stored records. The game is designed for portrait play with touch controls.
