InkForm Pro is a digital intake, consent, and studio documentation platform built for tattoo, piercing, PMU, and body-art professionals.

The InkForm Pro mobile app works alongside the InkForm Pro web platform, giving studios a practical way to collect forms, capture signatures, manage client intake, upload session photos, and access records from a phone or tablet.

Use the web platform for broader studio management, account setup, records, staff workflows, and form administration. Use the mobile app where the work happens: at check-in, at the workstation, during client sessions, or when documenting finished work.

New accounts can start with a 10-day trial, with no credit card required. Once an account is created, multiple authorized devices can log in, making it easier for owners, artists, piercers, PMU professionals, and front desk staff to work from the same studio system.
