I searched for my city and all I wanted was a text list of places where I can use the app, instead it gives me a map with many orange blobs. The only way to see what they are is to zoom in on each of them, what a big waste of time. This company has no idea how to design an efficient interface. Not sure I can be bothered even using the voucher I got, probably will just uninstall this useless app.

Thank you for the feedback, based on your comments and similar we've overhauled our search experience. You're now able to easily search by city or cuisine types and engage with either a map view or a list view based on your preference. We'd love to connect further and hear your thoughts on the new UI. App works, but nowhere does it say you cant use leftover funds for a tip. I wanted to use up my card and now I'm stuck with $4 from Chicago which is an hour away. Also, the app is just another way customers have to do all the work. What are we tipping for?

We're very sorry to hear this. Because of the way our model works in supporting mostly independent operators we only allow purchased credit, free bonus credit and offers to be redeemed for food, beverages and alcohol.

I received a gift card on this program through work, but it is impossible for me to find restaurants in this app to spend it on. I can see a bunch on the map but cannot zoom in far enough to see the individual restaurants, so the money is tied up in the app/in kind.
