Strutcase turns plank practice into a compact command board. Start a hold, stop when finished, then file the duration with hold type, difficulty, body feel, date, and optional notes. The archive keeps saved sessions available for review, while the readout page summarizes total sessions, held time, average duration, current run, and a seven-day index.
The app is built for private personal reference. Records are stored locally on your device, with no account, cloud sync, public profile, ads, or analytics SDK in the source. Settings cover dark mode, time display, and haptic feedback. Voluntary Google Play contribution purchases are available for users who want to support maintenance, and they do not unlock features or content.
