InkTick. Snap. Tick. Books.

Receipt capture for the people who spend and the people who keep the books. Staff snap a receipt, a person ticks that it is real, and a draft bill lands in the ledger with the original image still attached.

SNAP
- Photograph a receipt with the phone camera, pick it from the gallery, or upload a PDF.
- Forward e-receipts to your company file's own inbox, or connect Gmail or Outlook to pull receipts out of email.
- OCR reads the merchant, date, total, tax, invoice number and due date.

TICK
- Nothing becomes a claim until a person ticks yes. OCR is fast and often wrong on a crumpled docket. The tick is the product.
- The owner or approver confirms from the app or straight from an email, with no ledger login.
- Multi-step approvals, spending policies and budgets for bigger teams.

BOOKS
- Publish a draft bill to Xero or QuickBooks Online with every page attached. MYOB, Zoho Books, Sage and FreeAgent get a one-line bill. CSV export works for any ledger.
- Tax packs for Australia and New Zealand (GST), the United Kingdom (VAT), Canada (GST/HST), the United States (sales tax), Brazil, Spain and Italy (IVA), France (TVA) and Germany (USt.).
- Originals are kept on your company file for ten years.

WHO IT IS FOR
- The owner: snap it, tick it, done. The photo stays with the bill.
- The director: approve from the email, without logging into Xero.
- The bookkeeper: every client's file under one login, originals attached.

REIMBURSEMENTS
Approved staff claims sit on a pay-staff list with a bank file (ABA, BACS, NACHA or SEPA) or a CSV you take to your own bank. InkTick never moves money and does not issue cards.

ROLES AND PRIVACY
Owner, staff and bookkeeper roles. Staff see their own claims; owners and bookkeepers see the whole file. Receipt images are never sold. Your data, and how to delete it, is explained at inktick.com/trust.

Every new company file starts with a free trial, and no payment details are asked for.
