InMood is a psychological self-help app that helps you track your emotional states, better understand yourself, and gently improve your quality of life. It's your 24/7 pocket psychologist: you track your mood and feelings, and the app offers instant support with therapeutic questions, practices for processing emotions, and body techniques for relieving tension.

There's a "Work Through Feelings" feature: if you select a "negative" state, InMood asks 10 profound questions, helps you recognize the emotion, understand the need, express the feeling through drawing, and find inner support. Gratitude and fear journals, psychological tests, emotional theory, and convenient weekly and monthly statistics are also available.
