Scanio turns any Android handheld into a data-collection terminal for retail and warehouse floors — scan, count, check prices, and hand off clean, audited documents to your back office.
BARCODE-DRIVEN DATA COLLECTION Scan store, weight, or manufacturer barcodes and Scanio identifies the product and reads its quantity straight out of the code. Weighted items show exactly how the barcode breaks down — store prefix, weight field, product code, check digit — so an operator can see why a quantity pre-filled to 0.115 kg instead of just trusting a number. Repeat scans of the same item accumulate automatically, with a visible scan count so a genuine re-count and an accidental double-scan never look the same.
PRICE CHECK Scan a shelf tag, enter the price on it, and Scanio compares it against the system price on the spot. Mismatches are collected into a reprint work list ready to export — matches are simply tallied for the session.
DOCUMENTS, HISTORY & EXPORT Every collection or price-check session becomes a document with a full change history — who added what line, and when. Review it on the device, then export it in a configurable template. What you preview is exactly what gets written, byte for byte, so there are no surprises at the back office.
CONNECTION SETTINGS Point the terminal at your back office over Wi-Fi — FTP, SMB, or a REST API with Basic or API-key credentials. Configure it once per terminal and every export uses it.
USERS, ROLES & AUDIT TRAIL Multiple operators can share one terminal. Each signs in with their own account and role — admin, manager, or user — and every action a document goes through is logged to an activity trail admins and managers can review. The system always keeps at least one admin, so user management can never be locked out.
BUILT FOR A SHIFT, NOT A SESSION Sign in once and the terminal stays signed in through reboots and shift changes — no login screen standing between an operator and their scanner. Sign out from the home screen to hand the device to the next person.
Full Armenian and English interface, switchable independent of the device's own language, with light and dark themes.
