Our entire apartment complex has stopped using the app, and started writing our landlord paper checks instead because the app either didn't take funds from our accounts and apply them to payments, or double charges us. I was the latter, luckily the fine they charged me for the second payment not going through was easily reversed after calling innago, for that they get 2 stars

Many bugs. No ability to message between landlords and tenants. Data drops off when app is updated, requiring uninstall and reinstall. Login password doesn't get saved on Android. Lease viewing and signing sometimes glitches. Lack of reliability is frustrating, especially during after-hours.

Works great and is very convenient. It's also excellent that they report on-time payments to credit bureaus. Would be five stars if it didn't take so long to process a payment though. Once or twice I have had a payment failure due to not realizing that it hadn't been completed yet and accidentally using the money that I had set aside in my account for something else. It's no big deal to top off the account and redo the payment, but I had to resubmit payment late one time because of this.

What’s new

In this release, we’ve focused on several improvements and fixes, including:

- Tenants will now be prompted to enroll in two-factor authentication, with the option to opt out if they choose.
- Late fees will be calculated based on the time zone of the property’s address, ensuring greater accuracy.
- A new filter, “Include Offline Payments Only,” has been added to the Bank Deposit Return Report for more precise reporting.
