Super convenient and easy to use. Love that our lease is available in the app and we were able to sign electronically. I like the option to report payments to build credit. Had a small hiccup while setting up my account, but customer service responded to my message within 24 hours and helped me figure it out. My only complaint is the fee charged to use debit/credit cards, but there is the fee-free option to pay directly from your bank account. Overall a good experience so far!

Usually super easy to deal with except for those few extremely frustrating times when the app wants to glitch right as you're trying to enter payment info. But other than that and the rest of the time, I am usually happy with Innago. It does make paying rent and not traveling super convenient!

Edit: One month later and the app works but i cant link my credit union to pay... still worthless. This app is terrible and nearly useless as it redirects you to the Innago website. The option to stay signed in for 30 days in sufficient given rent may only be due once a month, and half the months are 31 days. Terrible app. I'd give 0 stars if possible.
