I've been using this for about 2 years now. It was always okay ish, but never great. They say they care but I've not seen a significant progress or changes. Thier website is not intuitive and simple things you'd want to see are almost hidden or impossible as a landlord. Recently it had me login every single time and was so annoying. Now, they "improved their security" that's so amazing that it WON'T LET ME LOGIN! They somehow made it even more annoying. 11/25 still not working

Edit from 2 to 5⭐️. I guess bugs have been fixed. Everything worked perfectly again! Before the last review, things worked pretty good and have always been convenient. Glad things are back to normal!!!!! I'm not sure what's been updated between May and June, but I've had to uninstall and reinstall twice. I thought I'd try to use Livble so I'd have some extra cash, but it makes the app freeze. idk what's going on, but I don't like it!!! The third time was a charm getting it paid with echeck.

They charge a high percentage/fee to pay your rent using their service. They also have an option for Livable, an app supported to pay your rent in installments. It was a life saver to be able to pay my rent in installments one month. The problem is now this service is not offered in my State. The ads for them are still coming through on Innago's site.

What’s new

In this release, we’ve introduced a new integration with our accounting partner, Ledgre. With this integration, users can now seamlessly import their Innago expense data into Ledgre, making it easier to prepare reports ahead of tax season. We’ve also fixed an issue where applicants’ addresses were not displaying correctly on the mobile app.
