Innago is flexible for both sides. I greatly enjoy that many aspects can be edited easily, like due dates, payment amount, and what gets reported to credit bureaus. It's a quick and simple couple of clicks within the app every time, bc Innago doesn't put anything in the way to distract the user from the purpose of the app. Login, see bill, payment amount, payment method. the only thing is that now there's Livable and the interest rate looks crazy. I've been using this for about 2 years now. It was always okay ish, but never great. They say they care but I've not seen a significant progress or changes. Thier website is not intuitive and simple things you'd want to see are almost hidden or impossible as a landlord. Recently it had me login every single time and was so annoying. Now, they "improved their security" that's so amazing that it WON'T LET ME LOGIN! They somehow made it even more annoying. 11/25 still not working

it's an ok app. I think it charges entirely too much for debit transactions. having to pay an extra $12 on top of my rent to actually pay my rent in full is hardly fair, considering I'm not given another option to pay rent (ie mailing a check or drop box). in this day and age, if your credit card company is charging you almost $13 to process a $500 transaction, I would say it's time for you to switch credit card processing companies. plus side is that it's convenient to pay rent from my phone.
