Terrible experience. Nothing works, I can't send money or do any transaction. It just keeps throwing an error message and asks me to input the amount even though I have entered the amount.

The app freezes sometimes and one time it froze while I was making a transfer of $15, then it proceeded to make multiple transfers of up to $45 but only one went through. Customer service is non existent, haven't been assisted through their email or whatsapp platforms, call numbers work. Quite disappointing. I'd recommend the short code, the app is garbage.

The create new device code function must be broken, I have tried several times to set it and it says that the codes don't match despite trying countless times to match them in each attempt.
