Login in on a new device is now a big problem. I don't understand why now, the App can only read OTPs automatically from the sms app and not allow the user to type it in as before. Its very frustrating when your registered sim is in a different phone than the one your attempting to login to the App. You need to fix this...its an unnecessary nuisance. Will change rating once this is fixed.

Outdated UI I can never take this app seriously because of the outdated UI and very minimalistic functionality. This looks like an app from 2012, not 2025. I don't know what the Dev team is up to, but they ought to be embarrassed to have an app with this archaic design language. Update(6/5/2026): the fresh new app is probably the best Zimbabwean app ever! it's so modern and sleek. hats off to the dev team!

Very Poor Service and The Charges are very High. Like how will you charge some for receiving money, it's not even an outgoing transaction. Please you guys try to pull up your socks.
