Login in on a new device is now a big problem. I don't understand why now, the App can only read OTPs automatically from the sms app and not allow the user to type it in as before. Its very frustrating when your registered sim is in a different phone than the one your attempting to login to the App. You need to fix this...its an unnecessary nuisance. Will change rating once this is fixed.

The app freezes sometimes and one time it froze while I was making a transfer of $15, then it proceeded to make multiple transfers of up to $45 but only one went through. Customer service is non existent, haven't been assisted through their email or whatsapp platforms, call numbers work. Quite disappointing. I'd recommend the short code, the app is garbage.

The app keeps giving an error message and cannot transact. Very frustrating in a situation where I want to transact quickly and am then forced to use the USSD code which is irritating
