About this app

Inno Attendence is a time attendance app for businesses that run Odoo. Set it up on a shared tablet or phone so employees can check in and out quickly, and every record goes straight to your company's Odoo.

KEY FEATURES
• Check in and check out in seconds, with a clear on-screen confirmation of what was recorded
• Pick your name from the employee list, with search and a "checked in" badge, just like the Odoo attendance kiosk
• Or identify yourself by PIN keypad, or by scanning an RFID, barcode or QR badge
• PIN is asked when the employee has one set in Odoo
• Camera screen: take a photo stamped with the date, time and GPS coordinates, and attach it to the attendance record
• Photo gallery to review pictures taken on the device
• Works directly with your Odoo server: attendance is saved to your own system, not to a third-party cloud
• Clear status and error messages in Thai and English, including when the server cannot be reached

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open Server Settings and enter your Odoo server address (HTTPS) and database.
2. Paste the Odoo API key your administrator created for this app.
3. Employees pick their name, or enter their PIN or scan their badge, and the app records a check-in or check-out.

REQUIREMENTS
Your Odoo server needs the Attendances app installed, and an API key from an Odoo user with attendance access. This app is not a standalone service.

PERMISSIONS
• Camera: take attendance photos and scan badges
• Location: print GPS coordinates on photos taken in the Camera screen. Coordinates are not sent to any service other than your own Odoo server, as part of the photo
• Network: communicate with your company's Odoo server
