Drivers can view pending requests directly on-site, validate returned items, complete compliance checks, add photos, and obtain a digital signature. Each return is thus documented and confirmed in real time.
The application also allows customers and Interbio teams to view the complete history of requests, with all the necessary details: date, location, type, quantity, photos, signatures, and validation status.
