Designed for customers, drivers, and administrators, the application replaces paper forms with a clear, fast, and traceable digital workflow. It helps reduce disputes, prevent lost documents, and improve operational efficiency.

With Interbio, customers can create return requests by selecting the types of drains or pallets to be returned, as well as the corresponding quantities. Depending on the container type, items can be added manually or via QR/barcode scanning.

Drivers can view pending requests directly on-site, validate returned items, complete compliance checks, add photos, and obtain a digital signature. Each return is thus documented and confirmed in real time.

The application also allows customers and Interbio teams to view the complete history of requests, with all the necessary details: date, location, type, quantity, photos, signatures, and validation status.
