Keep getting error recently when taking survey as such: "Forbidden You dont have permission to access this resource. Additionally a 403 forbidden error is encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request." How to even earn points when every survey have this error ? and the contact support is of no use because i cant even send out my enquiry but to write here as a review hoping the issue will be resolve or else this would be the last time i will be using the app.

Suddenly missing about 3k worth of points. Tried to redeem the balance points, unsure if the request went through. Had 0 surveys for past few days. The whole app has been extremely annoying with also no one to assist when emailed.

Haven’t been able to log on since yesterday. It just keeps failing with “ERROR The system has returned an unknown error. Please try again. Try Again.” Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t help. GG.
