Received the verification letter but app keep saying it was the wrong code. [Update] Has gotten verified after dropping an email, currently waiting for the money to be transferred via PayNow. Would be better if don't use such method to verify at the first place since it doesn't really work and kinda a waste of paper, postage, and the time spent waiting for the letter.

EDIT (1): The app is easy to use. I only have 2 issues with it. 1. It doesnt really tell me if I have successfully logged my info at Singpass to my profile. The 2nd one is that there are a lot of surveys from external vendors which states that I do not fit in their criteria, why can't you just filter that out for me instead of me going through 10+ surveys where in the end I don't fit? Further, a couple of surveys had me spending 10mins doing just to end at the last few questions with no points.

I love it! I just processed my $20 for about 3 medium to short surveys. I'm really grateful for your opportunities! 💗
