About this app

Mobile version of the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Module for IOMS. It allows to view and to manage the tickets and planned schedule on the mobile device. This application can be used offline.

The application allows user to:

create maintenance tickets, view planned schedules and to view the tickets history.
view reports for preventive and breakdown maintenance remotely.
Line supervisors can assign work intuitively based on the full view of the current workload of all technicians to ensure a balanced and practical work distribution. They can auto-assign preventive work orders or assign breakdown tasks to technicians from anywhere via the app.

Mobile app can be installed on smartphones or tablets. Technicians can take photos and attach them to illustrate reports. Users can view the entire service history with a simple mobile scan of QR codes pasted on assets.

Offline mode is useful when they work in far-flung areas with poor internet connectivity. The application syncs while back online.

Valuable KPI metrics on maintenance are available from a Dashboard. It allows to compare maintenance performance of people or assets between locations.
