CondoSmart is a mobile solution that allows owners, tenants, and businesses in buildings to coexist in an organized manner through agile and flexible communication with the administrator of the condominium. Specifically, through the CondoSmart app, the user will be able to organize condominium meetings and vote on resolutions, make complaints to the condominium administrator, track and pay his expenses, manage and reserve amenities, receive messages when his correspondence arrives at the building and create authorizations to allow people outside the condominium to enter the building.
