Contact your local telecommunications service provider for details regarding availability of the service this app provides.

Manage your DVR recordings from anywhere. With the MyTVs app, you can connect to your DVR enabled set-top boxes to schedule and manage DVR recordings even when you are not at home. You will be able to schedule new recordings or view currently being recorded programs. Additionally, you can view and search the TV program guide for your favorite shows or programs.

* View and Search TV program guide.

* Filter channels on TV program guide by subscribed and favorites.

* View list of recordings from all DVR enabled set-top boxes.

* Manage all DVR recordings including scheduling a one-time or series, deleting existing, viewing currently recording, and organizing in folders.

* Perform remote control functions including changing channels.

* Local Channel Streaming where available

I have successfully used this app for years until it quick working recently. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and called my provider for help as well. I can enter the device code to pair my phone, but when click to select the account, I get a message saying it is unable to find my subscriber account. My phone shows up on the TV screen as a paired device but the app won't open. Very frustrated.

Hi, we apologize for the issues you have been experiencing! Please update to the latest version (2.1.0) where failure to load certain subscriber accounts has been addressed. App was working perfectly. Now it no longer recognizes subscriber. Uninstalled reinstalled. Turned off phone. Deleted account uninstalled still doesn't recognize subscriber but shows account that was deleted. Update to my above bad review. Reinstalled app today and everything is again working perfectly. See that update to app and my DVR shows the color logo of the network item in the guide list.

This app was wonderful up until about 2 months ago (~May 2020), when after an update it had trouble logging into my account. Nothing has been fixed yet, now it's mid July and it still cannot connect to my account, rendering the app completely useless.
