It is pathetic that WPA3 is not supported when connecting the UPMOST RECENT bridge. It took me hours to figure out the WPA2/WPA3 combination is not supported either, since WPA3 naturally enforces PMF. So I guess one has to live with a less secure network, when using Innr products. Such a shame.

Ironically bad. When connecting with internet (the only option), it doesn't support passwordless networks. But what do you know? They made the light bulbs internet WITHOUT A PASSWORD! And the app doesn't support it! Why block the only way to connect the bulbs and make this app if it's not going to provide any use??

Bought smart plugs. Apparently I need a bridge to use them. That is nowhere stated on the packaging.

Hi Erik,
Since the smart plugs are Zigbee devices, a Zigbee hub is required in order to use them. This can be seen on the packaging, as well on the listings where we offer them.
