Ordered 2 menus they delivered only 1 and forgot the other. They said they would send the rest after a cumbersome talk with customer support. They sent me cold potatoes after 1 hour. Not what I ordered. Later customer support called me and asked the status of the delivery I said I still didn't get the menu and wanted a refund for the incomplete part they said okay but I didn't get any refund. When I contacted them later they denied all responsibility.

I wish there if you add a tipping option for the delivery guys because most of the times i feel like they deserve a tip because they are doing a great job

As of two weeks ago, the app refuses to accept payment. After my bank app prompts me to approve the purchase and I go back to the Migros app, it goes to the app homepage again. I've tried about 12 times and the same thing happens. I tried to uninstall and install the app again, and the same thing happened. I tried to login to my account on my laptop, and it won't let me. It worked a week ago suddenly, and now it doesn't work again. I tried the developer email and it was sent back.
