Overall a good experience. The mobile app worked very well, and the laptop program was stable accessing both the questions and the internet. There should have been clearer instructions on the fact you could not use a wired headset and you needed a frame for your phone so it's camera could be directed onto you. Once those issues were overcome the whole process went very smoothly.

On the whole, it was great to be sitting an exam from home. However, setting up the mobile phone to watch you from behind was fiddly, problematic and took me over 15 mintes to finally set it up so that the examiner was satisfied with the position of the phone and could watch my keyboard.

What is the point of an app that tells you it's compatible with your device and then a help desk that tells you it isn't and the only solution is to 'use another device'. Brilliant I'll just keep a spare phone around just in case. Very poor.
