Quite possibly the worst app I have used in a long time. Inox devs if you read this and want constructive feedback and an active beta tester please contact me. If I had known how bad this app was, I wouldn't have purchased five locks. It's too late now, they are installed. There's simply too many issues to list here.

The overall user interface for the app is pretty good, but the tech support is so incredibly slow. It's like they don't value their users or the businesses that use their app. really hope this improves but right now I'm just disappointed
