Ratings and reviews

The subscription isn't worth the price, considering most of the time, there won't be any match, and even if there is one, the quality of matches isn't good. The money-back policy is only available to monthly subscribers. Overall, the other matrimony apps are better than this

awful app. recieved zero matches and was still charged for two months despite requesting a refund. they also make it near impossible to actually cancel your subscription. I had to email them. I don't recommend this terrible app to anybody.

Overall a terrible experience so far, starting with them not following up on their promise of a free month if fill out my profile because I already paid, to only find one match that's not really a match with some of my preferences, followed by two waves with no matches. They refused to pay me my money back despite providing only one bad match, and they also refused to pay me any money back after I decided to cut my membership with them short. customer service is not helpful at all.
