Cupper is a way to help myself at home with red light therapy, the app however spins its wheels and won't cooperate. Good thing I know how to read directions & operate the Cupper on my own

Can you turn the sound off, or does it have to beep all the time. Annoying when trying to get some sort of relaxation.

Hello. I ordered the product, but after me sent money, Achedaway stopped answering me. They did not send product. This is fraud and I am going to report it wherever possible !!!
