Ratings and reviews

EDIT: Support answers but they are kind and clearly overworked 😭 App crashes randomly, I've run into the most unresponsive brands I've ever worked with on this app, and support is not answering either - it seems like messages are all automated and no one is actually checking your responses 🤔 it's been one of the most frustrating platforms to work on tbh I've gotten collaborations, but it honestly doesn't feel worth it at this point

Videos which are REQUIRED to apply will not save to your profile. Your profile is incomplete, and you can't submit the videos on desktop or web only the app that DOESN'T EVEN WORK

I keep emailing and messaging your chat for help and no one ever answers. unless that changes I'm giving this app 1 star. can't use it!
