Kart Crew is the crew app for e-commerce packing and delivery teams — one screen for the whole shift, from claiming the order to handing in the cash.

No more juggling calls, spreadsheets, and paper slips to know who's packing what or who's holding how much cash. Staff sign in with just a phone number, go on duty, and Kart Crew takes care of the rest.

SIMPLE SIGN-IN, NO PASSWORDS
Staff sign in with their mobile number. A one-time code arrives by WhatsApp or SMS — nothing to remember, nothing to reset.

ONE SCREEN FOR THE WHOLE SHIFT
Toggle On Duty to start the shift and hours are tracked automatically. The Today screen shows what's up next, plus a live count of packing and delivery work still open.

A FAIR, ORGANIZED PACKING QUEUE
Orders appear as "Mine" or "Unclaimed" — any crew member can claim an unclaimed order, and the queue always surfaces the oldest promised time first, so nothing quietly goes late.

DELIVERY, TRACKED CLEARLY
The delivery queue splits orders into "To pick up" and "On the way", with cash-on-delivery amounts flagged clearly on every order, so riders always know exactly what to collect.

CASH, ACCOUNTED FOR TO THE RUPEE
Every rupee of COD collected is tallied automatically against a change float. At the end of a shift, handing in cash is one tap: declare the amount, and the office is notified immediately — nothing is settled until it's counted, but nothing is lost track of either.

STAY ON SCHEDULE
Notifications keep the crew in sync — shift reminders, new orders to pack, and anything else that needs attention.

BUILT FOR THE WHOLE CREW
Every profile shows a crew member's role — Packer, Rider, or both — along with their on-duty status and the day's numbers at a glance.
