I am trying to navigate through this app to view and pay bills and it doesnt even load the information on screen. It'll load for so long the app times out. So frustrating

Their app is useless as it always says my account does not exsist and they have me setup a new one everytime.

Need computer to pay your bill . Does not work with Samsung 9s system . Inconvenient if you don't pc and time
