Insoore is an innovative reality that helps insurance companies and fleet management companies to optimize the claims management process through video-photographic inspections carried out by a community of experts and damage estimates made by a team of experts, in real time and on demand.

HOW TO ACCESS

Only those who are part of the community and have received the credentials via email can access.

HOW DOES IT WORK

*Opening*
Insoore receives a survey request from the insurance company or the fleet management company.

*Appointment*
An Insoore operator sets an appointment with the insured, trying to meet his needs as much as possible with respect to the place and date of the meeting.

*Inspection*
The Insorer carries out the inspection using a dedicated app: you will have certified photos and videos. The documentation collected must comply with specific criteria.

*Quality check*
All the collected documentation is then sent in real time to the central team, which checks the quality and completeness of the data.


WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU START

The Insoore app allows you to carry out certified video-photographic surveys.

Each intervention carried out by Insoore is carried out in full compliance with the law. For each intervention and for each service he performs, Insoore has received a mandate from the company and is its official agent.
The 'Information for you' section is available within the app with the latest news from Insoore, some guides for using the app and for carrying out surveys, iOS technical support and Android technical support.
