Explore Property Insights and a year-built checklist to prepare useful questions before a tour. Public-record coverage varies by location; missing records do not establish that work was or was not done.

REVIEW STRATA DOCUMENTS
Upload strata documents for an AI-assisted review verified by our team, normally within 24 hours. Review findings and source references before discussing them with your client. Agent access does not expire. Baseline agent access includes one Strata Review per calendar month.

WORK WITH INSPECTION REPORTS
Open authorized client reports, review findings, build indicative repair estimates, and select work to discuss with a trade. A labelled sample report lets you explore the tools.

USE PHOTO AND APPLIANCE TOOLS
Photograph a component to request AI-assisted identification or a visible-condition assessment. Use Age Finder to investigate an appliance's manufacture date. Results depend on image quality and available information and may require verification.

CONNECT YOUR CLIENT WITH HELP
Browse local trades, prepare a quote request, explore homeowner savings, or start an inspection or virtual-consultation booking where available. Contact details and any attachments are shared when you choose to submit a request.

SHARE YOUR AGENT TOOLS
Use referral links and brokerage branding, and review leads from reports you choose to share. Access requires an eligible agent account; new agent registration may require an invitation.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR OWN HOME?
Johnni is our separate homeowner app for Home Profiles, maintenance and conversations about your home. Your existing account information is preserved when moving to the appropriate app.

PRIVACY
We use submitted information and relevant property context to provide the features you request. The apps use crash diagnostics. We do not sell your personal information or use it for cross-company advertising tracking. Read our policy for providers, retention and deletion options.
