App constantly crashes. You open it (Crash) submit a photo (Crash). That's just the bugs not to mention that when you try to go around the bugs and just try to take photos and upload them later you have to painfully select each image 1 at a time because for some reason the app will only show the last like 6-8 images you've taken and all the rest you have to add from the file manager. Awful app things you wouldn't necessarily inspect for a traditional home inspection are required to be inspected.

I've been with this company for 5 years, and the app has consistently gotten worse. It's incredibly slow, crashes often, and uploading photos takes forever — sometimes 10+ minutes for just a handful, and that's if it doesn't freeze completely. I’ve stopped accepting jobs because the app wastes so much time that it’s not worth the pay — which, in some cases, has even gone down, while the company continues to charge clients the same. It feels like the focus is on profit and not the inspectors.

I signed up for this about a year ago. Received a message saying there was not a lot of need for surveys in my area. After about 5 months I received a message asking to review my information was correct, that there was an increase in need for surveys in my area. I made sure it was up to date and waited excitedly for my first survey. when nothing came thru after a few more months I went in and increased my serviceable area to 100 then later 200 miles. Still nothing...
