Ratings and reviews

Lot of shade thrown at ISN but this app works pretty well in 2025. Not perfect. I've been through a lot with tech support. The app is laggy at times, crashes sometimes, but ISN produces a very nice report! The best I've seen. Modern, not antiquated and nothing like spectora. I can't stand spectoras reports. I'm not married to it but I'm not sure that anything else is all that much better. They keep improving but almost seems like bandaids on an outdated back end but IDK..

This app sucks! Avoid this organization if you can. If you have to use this app, you now have to carry your lap top around everywhere you go in case a client calls so you can access simple information that you used to be able to get on your mobile device. Some people say "Porch is the Devil". Maybe true. Dunno. There is no way to access important data such as the report for a recent inspection. When a client pays, the order says unpaid! Hard to navigate especially to prior inspections....

Good company app doesn't synch properly causing you to have to redo half the inspection, can not recommend until they can fix this issue. edit Nov 2025 I added a star based on customer support, about to do a live test and if the app with the updates works as good as it did in the past I will be adding more. It was a good app, videos took a while to synch but was good before I stated having major issues
