Ratings and reviews

This app has cost me time, sanity and tears. It is abysmal. It constantly eats reports. It loops in loading screen and does not load properly. Reports take more time as the software is laggy, poorly laid out, and slow. This has easily added an hour to each inspection. This was not ready for release at all. ISN did not do there part and now my company uses this exclusively. Free is to much to pay for this. They have cost me. Update; After months with this app. No change.

This app sucks! Avoid this organization if you can. If you have to use this app, you now have to carry your lap top around everywhere you go in case a client calls so you can access simple information that you used to be able to get on your mobile device. Some people say "Porch is the Devil". Maybe true. Dunno. There is no way to access important data such as the report for a recent inspection. When a client pays, the order says unpaid! Hard to navigate especially to prior inspections....

This feels as if its a beta version or an accidental release. Given ISN's webpage and UI feels like it was developed in 2001 and never updated, visually the app is an improvement. At the moment however the app is essentially useless.
