Inspekio is the app for maintenance and technical support teams. It guides the technician through the inspection, requires photographic evidence at the right time, and transforms what was recorded into a professional technical report — no loose spreadsheets, no Word documents, no rework in the office.

GUIDED FLOW, STEP BY STEP
The work order opens with the correct checklist. The technician progresses step by step, and the app doesn't allow skipping steps or forgetting a measurement. Progress is visible on the work order itself, and each field is automatically saved as a draft while the technician works.

STANDARD PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE
Each inspection point requires the necessary photo or video, with instructions on how to record it. The evidence is tied to the correct step and equipment — it's not a folder of loose photos that someone needs to organize later.

TRULY WORKS OFFLINE
In the factory basement, in the countryside, or in a warehouse without Wi-Fi: the app works without a signal. Everything is recorded on the device and synchronized automatically when the connection returns. Each item shows whether it is saved locally, synchronizing, or already synchronized, and the pending queue is always visible. Nothing is lost.

READY REPORT UPON CLOSING THE WORK ORDER
Upon completion, the PDF report is generated from what was executed, with photos, measurements, and the root cause in place. The report can be shared via link with the end customer.

STANDARDIZED ROOT CAUSE
The diagnosis uses a catalog of root causes — electrical, mechanical, environmental, and operational — so that the entire team classifies the failure using the same criteria, and the history serves for analysis later.

ASSET REGISTRATION
Equipment and parts are registered with brand, model, serial number, QR code, and photo. Simply scan or type the serial number to find the asset and open the work order with its history included.

THE ENTIRE OPERATION AT A GLANCE
The panel shows open, in-progress, and completed work orders. The list automatically sorts itself by what matters first: what failed, what's active, priority, and deadline. Emergencies don't get buried in the middle of the queue.

MADE FOR TEAMS
Each company has its own isolated space, with invitations, roles, and technician groups. The work order is assigned to the person who will execute it, and the manager monitors everything through the web panel.

SECURITY
Authentication with email and password or login with Apple and Google, two-factor authentication (TOTP) — which the company can require from everyone — and each piece of data isolated by organization.
