InspektoPro is a simple mobile app for people with construction licenses who perform periodic inspections of buildings. The report, compliant with Article 62 of the Building Law, is created on-site and ready before you even leave the roof.

WHAT INSPEKTOPRO DOES
Guides you through the entire inspection.
The form guides you through the inspection step by step – from the roof to the surrounding area, according to a layout developed by a Polish practicing engineer. It covers semi-annual, annual, and 5-year inspections in accordance with Article 62, Section 1, Points 1-3 of the Building Law. It includes a four-stage condition assessment, the PINB clause from Article 62, and a 5-year inspection report. 70 PB and the manager's statement. Reduced risk of omissions, even in a hurry and with cold fingers.
The photo is immediately in the right place.
Take a photo in a specific section, and the app automatically assigns it to the appropriate report element. In the PDF, it appears next to the defect description, with comments next to it. Photos remain in context, not in a gallery. In the event of a dispute, you have organized documentation: date, photo, location, and signature.
Network outages won't stop you.
Work offline in the basement, on the roof, or in the underground parking lot. Data and photos are saved locally and automatically synchronized upon return to the network.
Comments and recommendations without retyping.
You can select both comments and recommendations from a built-in database of professional phrases or enter your own description. You can add a level of urgency or a "Complete by" deadline to the recommendations.
PDF report in full or shortened versions.
Before generating, you select the scope of the report. Download the PDF to your phone or computer, print, and sign. No formatting in Word. Keep track of your appointments.

See all dates in the calendar, and upcoming ones are immediately highlighted. Dates are in the app, not in your head.

Building archive.
The database of managers and facilities is accessible from any device. With subsequent inspections of the same building, you update the previous report instead of starting from scratch.

SECURITY AND DATA
Email and password login, SSL/TLS encrypted data transfer, and optional two-factor authentication (2FA). Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Protocol data, objects, photos, and backups are stored on servers in the European Union. One look is enough to see the difference.
