About this app

InspeQta digitizes the inspection of goods and containers. This app is the inspector's field tool: it records each item, reads serial numbers, and captures photos as evidence, directly from your cell phone or tablet, even without a signal.

Everything is saved on your device and synced when you have a connection, so you can work on the dock or in the warehouse without depending on the internet.

What you can do with InspeQta:

• Record inspections of items, containers, and loose cargo in the field.

• Read and record serial numbers and codes from your mobile device, without manual transcription.

• Capture photos as evidence, organized by container and item, with automatic compression.

• Work offline and sync when the signal returns.

• View the operations and items assigned to your shift.

• Record your route during the inspection so that the coordinator can see your progress (location permission required).

Each photo is backed up with the date, time, and the inspector who took it: the evidence speaks for itself. With this information, the platform generates a documentary and photographic report for each transaction, branded with your company's logo.
