inspo connects undergraduates from all backgrounds with working professionals and enhances their career prospects. For undergraduate students, it provides them with access to mentors who want to help. Students can speak to mentors who can provide information on their organisation and industry; tips and tricks on getting a job; feedback on your CV; and interview practice. You never know, you may also find out about job opportunities, or possible internship experiences. Students can also help their mentors by sharing their GenZ experiences and what is important to them!
For mentors, it is the chance to help those who need help the most, and at the same time, develop useful mentoring skills. You can also learn about how GenZ views the world, and what is important to them.
