I feel like I've been scammed. I paid to do my giveaway picking and then they won't show me results until I pay again! Unbelievable

I feel like I have actually been scammed of R214.00 I watched a video to get "free coins" shortly after I was asked for my fingerprint for a Google sign in. It then after deducted money for coins. No warning to ask if I want to purchase it. It is very dodgy. Hopefully I get refunded from Google play as I have not used the coins. Please advise what else I can do.

I was very skeptical of this app at first but when I did my first major giveaway on Instagram, my free basic coin giveaway went well with no problems and managed to find not just my winners but also reserve winners. Sadly, the pro coin one does not work. It stays at choosing first winner and never goes beyond that. I don't know if the app needs an update or what but because of this I had to remove two stars.
